The Caixó Game

Take part in the second day of this season to discover the Caixó, the Menorcan game that has stood the test of time!

Also known as jacket, it is a traditional strategy game with an uncertain origin, and played with the backgammon board. Today, it is still played in some houses, casinos and bars in Menorca, but we want it not to fall into oblivion.

That's why we invite you to come to the Museum and learn its secrets from people who know all the tricks. You can come with family, friends or alone — the important thing is that you sign up!

Come and play some games and relive a very Menorcan tradition!
