Sound baths
We start autumn and we propose a new opportunity for relaxation, in an experience where sound leads us to a place of calm and connection. With the help of Charlotte Mouly, from the In the Flow Association, we will let ourselves be carried away by harmonic vibrations with quartz bowls that evoke landscapes and sound environments of the island.
The Museum of Menorca is a space of well-being, and this activity not only enriches the visit to the museum, but also responds to the growing trend of linking culture and well-being, turning the Museum into a space where art, history and health go hand in hand.
Attendees will be able to sit down or if they wish they can bring their mat to relax.
