One of the Museu’s artefacts in particular, a cheese mould of the Talayotic period, will travel to the Subaida Estate, in the municipal area of Es Mercadal.
The archaeologist Octavi Pons will introduce, along with Mr. Matías Montañés owner of the company Subaida, a cheese mould found at the Talayotic settlement of Trepucó.
Amongst other things, we will discover to what extend the current cheese making process differs from the Talayotic civilisations’.
After the presentation, Subaida will offer a tasting of its products.
The cheese mould will be exhibited at Subaida’s shop until the upcoming 2nd of September.
