Cheese and cod grease
Do you want to rediscover a traditional preparation of Menorcan gastronomy?
Deeply rooted in Easter cooking, this recipe has been part of our culinary identity over time, as evidenced by ancient recipe books. Cod, as an ingredient, was a very accessible product and even came to be considered a food typical of the working classes.
During the activity, the ingredients, techniques and secrets of this emblematic recipe will be shown, contextualizing it within the Menorcan gastronomic tradition. An opportunity to know, understand and value cuisine as a living cultural heritage.
The demonstration will be given by Rosa Rotger, author of the blog Tiberis.
